Asparagus & Comté Bruschetta

Ingredients
250g asparagus
75g Comté
30g unsalted butter
8 slices of baguette or ciabatta
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Tabasco
Cut the asparagus into slices.
Heat olive oil in a pan and braise the asparagus until glazed. Season the asparagus with salt, pepper and Tabasco and allow to chill.
Grate the Comté cheese and mix it with the chilled asparagus.
Toast the baguette, sprinkle it with olive oil and top the baguette with the Asparagus & Comté mixture.
Grill the topped baguette slices under an oven grill for about 3-4 minutes at 160°C until the Comté has melted. Serve while still warm.
