The Voyage de Fromage

In July, we took a group of fabulous journalists and bloggers to explore the wonderful world of Comté in the Jura Massif region of France. They were lucky enough to experience the entire process of the making of Comté, from watching the cows out on the pasture and being milked, to observing the cheese being made, to seeing giant wheels of cheese being aged in the cellars and caves. As you can imagine, a lot of Comté was consumed!
